About our Founder
Thandi brings extensive experience and proven successes in effecting change through design, delivery, and implementation.
Her journey spans over 15 years, commencing with her initiation into the realm of quality assurance. Throughout her professional evolution, she has embraced diverse roles such as Process Associate, Data Processor, Implementation Advisor, Quality Improvement Consultant, and Engagement Specialist. Each of these roles require a change leader’s mindset for effective and efficient delivery.
She is an enthusiastic role model and mentor who is passionate about identifying and bridging gaps related to access to education and professional development resources.
